After carefully reviewing the voluminous amount of slanderous and malicious information produced by Erin Baldwin all across the Internet, the Parsa Law Group legal team proceeded to carefully present to the judge (over several long months) irrefutable evidence that the statements written by Ms. Baldwin against the Parsa Law Group and James M. Parsa are complete and total lies.

Every time Ms. Baldwin was served (we have these precious moments on video) she pretended not to know what this was about, while secretly continuing her unfounded vendetta against the Parsa Law Group and James Parsa. Let this be a lesson to unscrupulous bloggers everywhere… the Internet is NOT ANONYMOUS. You CANNOT damage the reputation of a good company by spreading LIES AND DECEIT, and put in jeopardy the jobs and livelihood of hundreds of hard working people supporting their families. For those willing and determined to get justice, justice will come, and today it came in the form of a $604,515.66 judgment against Erin K. Baldwin and BadBizFinder. Plus, this injunction is permanent across all media (tv, radio, print, internet, any website), it is retroactive, and if the Judge’s order is violated, Ms. Baldwin will find herself facing a bench warrant and some well deserved jail time.

P.S. Does anyone know of an efficient and especially tenacious collections agency? Ms. Baldwin can’t file bankruptcy anytime soon (which is her usual strategy for discharging lawsuit debt), so I’m sure the Parsa Law Group would like to begin collecting its monetary judgment AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

BadBizFinder Erin Baldwin Permanent Injunction

1. A hearing was held for a permanent injunction against BadBizFinder
2. The evidence was considered by the judge to be sufficient to issue a permanent injunction
3. The judge has taken Ms. Baldwin’s default, and it has been entered into the record for failing to file a response or otherwise appear in the action
4. A final hearing on the permanent injunction will be held on Friday, May 29th

AGAIN the complaint has NOT been dismissed, is completely valid, with the final hearing next Friday, May 29th.

In a hilarious side note, at 2:30am the court received, via fax, a long rambling document from a purported anonymous entity known as “badbizbfinder” (that apparently has no association to any living or known person). And as we all know, judges in the real world do not accept communications from anonymous entities. Anyone that has anything to say that can be backed up with REAL FACTS, should have no problems showing up to face a judge.

Person Behind the Blog
After a lengthy investigation it has been determined that the single person behind the blog is a woman by the name of Erin K. Baldwin, not a group of people as claimed on the blog. This person is based in Costa Mesa, CA, (address listed above) not Fremont, CA. While we know her real motivations for initiating the blog, and embarking on a massive campaign of disinformation and spreading of defamatory and libelous statements, we cannot disclose them at this time because of an ongoing lawsuit against her.

Current Legal Actions
The unfounded and wildly libelous allegations by Ms. Baldwin, and her continued refusal to back up her statements with real facts, have prompted the Parsa Law Group to file a lawsuit against Ms. Baldwin and BadBizFinder. We have filed a suit for Defamation, Trade Libel, Tortious Interference with Prospective Business Relations, and Unfair Competition and Business Practices (Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2009-00117752 accept the terms, then insert the case number 30-2009-00117752 and hit search).

Since Ms. Baldwin failed to appear to several scheduled court depositions, is close to receiving a bench warrant for her arrest, and is clearly in violation of established laws, as well as the Terms of Service of WordPress.com, we are very close to receiving an injunction from the Orange County Superior Court Judge for removing the offending posts from the WordPress site.

You will find that Ms. Baldwin has gone on similar crusades and attacked (in related and unrelated matters), the Better Business Bureau, the head of the Orange County Bar Association, Chief Trial Counsel at the California State Bar Association, Subway Franchises, Hewlett Packard, UDR, Inc. Property Management, the Brand Manager of WordPress.com, and clients of her own consulting business.

Ms. Baldwin holds freedom of speech in such high regard, but strangely does not allow dissenting opinions or comments on her blogs. Luckily we were able to acquire this domain, which she mistakenly linked to in her blog but failed to register with wordpress.com, and are able to provide you this information.
