In the universe in which we reside, in a little place known as reality, this is what really happened at today’s hearing in the Parsa Law Group vs. BadBizFinder / AKA Erin K. Baldwin, Erin Baldwin, Beverly Sullivan Case
(Orange County Superior Court Case #30-2009-00117752 ):
1. A hearing was held for a permanent injunction against BadBizFinder
2. The evidence was considered by the judge to be sufficient to issue a permanent injunction
3. The judge has taken Ms. Baldwin’s default, and it has been entered into the record for failing to file a response or otherwise appear in the action
4. A final hearing on the permanent injunction will be held on Friday, May 29th
AGAIN the complaint has NOT been dismissed, is completely valid, with the final hearing next Friday, May 29th.
In a hilarious side note, at 2:30am the court received, via fax, a long rambling document from a purported anonymous entity known as “badbizbfinder” (that apparently has no association to any living or known person). And as we all know, judges in the real world do not accept communications from anonymous entities. Anyone that has anything to say that can be backed up with REAL FACTS, should have no problems showing up to face a judge.
